Patterns of Reflection in Nursing Presentation Oelofsen (2012) characterizes intelligent practice as the procedure in which an individual understands circumstances, occasions and activities that happen in the work environment (Natius, 2012). In the light of nursing practice, the idea of reflection assumes a basic job by empowering experts (medical attendants) to, ably deal with the effective and problematic nature of care giving (Natius, 2012). As indicated by Keeling and Somerville (2004), intelligent practice encourages the comprehension and advancement of mindfulness, between close to home aptitudes and furthermore the capacity to impact positive change in others (David June, 2004). These abilities are vital to medical attendants in mapping out the most suitable move intends to make in some random circumstance. Near assessment of four models of reflection as applied with regards to nursing Gibbs model of reflection is normally utilized in the Health calling in light of its clearness and accuracy (Brock, 2014). It takes into account simple depiction, investigation and assessment of encounters and therefore enables the intelligent specialist (to nurture) to, obviously understand her encounters just as analyze her nursing practice (Holland Roberts, 2013). Dissimilar to the Gibbs model, different models, for instance, Kolbââ¬â¢s model 1980 and Goodman model 1984 are generally mind boggling. These models require, positively, some level of understanding (McKee Eraut, 2012). The Kolbââ¬â¢s intelligent model, for example, is fundamentally relied on experiential discovering that covers four phases (McKee Eraut, 2012). Furthermore, since experienced medical attendants have enough understanding, they can without much of a stretch identify with the model and apply it practically speaking. Model that is most appropriate for nursing practice Johnââ¬â¢s model of reflection 1994 is most appropriate as an apparatus for the nursing calling. Its organized nature fills in as a decent stage for a total appraisal of the nursing practice (Rideout, 2001). The inquiries are incredible signals in inciting specific activities (Driscoll, 2007). This methodology is likewise healthy as in it investigates all the territories of the nursing practice. It looks at the practitionerââ¬â¢s encounters, her appearance on the encounters, activities taken by the expert and effect of the activities on self (professional) and the patient (Mohanna et al., 2011). It additionally takes a gander at the part of the scholastic sources that may have affected the choices made just as the potential points to how the circumstance could have been managed contrastingly and how it very well may be dealt with later on (Moon, 2013). Significance of the decision of structure of appearance in empowering and supporting reflection An alluring system of reflection is useful to medical caretakers as it gives an organized procedure that directs the demonstration of reflecting (Jasper, 2003). The decision of a specific structure of reflection is significant on the grounds that understudies face various encounters, as is the requirement for a fitting system to offer the vital help and consolation all through their learning procedure (Schon, 2008). Basic investigation of all the four models as for what is acceptable and terrible about them The four models of reflection inspected over, all have their qualities and shortcoming in their application. The following is a table summing up their qualities and shortcomings. Intelligent practice and its utilization to clinical instruction The capacity to reflect assumes a basic job in clinical instruction. Intelligent practice empowers students in the clinical field to obviously comprehend and create mindfulness, relational aptitudes and logical abilities (Jack Mezirow, 2011). These aptitudes will prove to be useful by and by as clinical understudies will have the option to deal with individuals (patients) in cutting edge settings, for example, a medical clinic situation. The significance of understudies building up a propensity for evaluating their own adapting needs Through self-evaluation as to adapting needs, understudies can continually recognize territories of shortcoming and enhance them (Earl, 2004). The way that understudies are effectively occupied with the procedure fills in as an inspiration for them and along these lines means better results (Bonnie Beyer, 2014). References

Leaders in the Local Church Essay
Lay pioneers can just be characterized as people looked over the assembly by appointed pioneers to fill in as assistants performing such obligations as might be designated or alloted to them in agreement to their congregation statutes. An ever increasing number of clergymen are ending up burdened by the requests of the service. They are along these lines incapable to be viable in meeting the changing needs of their group. This has made a need to have diverse others removing a portion of the less touchy duties from the appointed clergiesââ¬â¢ hands. The idea of lay authority is anyway not only a cutting edge marvel; it is profoundly established in the Bible. Deuteronomy 1:9-13 gives a record wherein Moses names pioneers to take off from him a portion of the duties that were taking steps to overpower him. Correspondingly in the book of 1 lords 19:19, Elijah gains a specialist in the individual of Elisha to fill in as a partner in his obligations as a prophet. The Apostle Paul additionally encircle himself with profound individuals like Timothy and Titus to specify a couple to whom he assigned various obligations in his strategic lecture the uplifting news to the gentiles. The most clear representation of the noteworthiness of lay initiative is anyway to be found in the New Testament book of the Acts of the Apostles Chapter 6 structure stanza 1 onwards. In this record, the Apostles just as the whole gathering thought that it was insightful to delegate seven Godly men to assume control over obligations that were significant yet didn't warrant the consideration of the Apostles. In this paper, various exercises will be gathered from the above sacred writings and numerous others to help in the comprehension of the current issue. Church pioneers are not quite the same as either hierarchical or political pioneers and just pioneers who look for Godââ¬â¢s beauty and lead by the finesse of the Almighty will have the option to keep up the Satan delivered shocks that describe todayââ¬â¢s service of the expression of God. 1 The congregation is experiencing colossal factual development however the equivalent isn't being knowledgeable about teaching. Initiative of the congregation requires people who can transcend their individual limits and look for Gods direction. Shallow authority is the motivation behind why the congregation today is battling to address the apparently unrealistic difficulties. 2 The congregation needs authentic pioneers who can completely submit to Jesus Christ and be in finished fellowship with the Creator. Pioneers, who can be devotee producers, respect God and have the option to satisfy His Will. There are times when Gods consoling blessing in administration is deterred making the authority venture long, exhausting, rough and jerky much the same as rides across rough mountains. Now and again the administration may appear to be long, dry and barren regularly punctuated with seasons when we feel that our initiative is without Gods help. It is these encounters that call for emphasis on Gods consoling effortlessness and direction. Creating administration in the congregation is no mean treat as it not just expects pioneers to build up a solid affinity with the maker for their own spirits yet in addition for the spirits of the adherents of Christ. Godââ¬â¢s soul consoles, rouses, educates and directs pioneers in the Church as they take that long strenuous excursion to sainthood and otherworldly development as our maker instructed. Be that as it may, it is difficult to create pioneers in the congregation without concisely dissecting the way of thinking of otherworldly initiative. Through, profound guidance, God utilized analysis of initiative or preliminaries to animate otherworldly restoration or to motivate new visionary authority for the future service of the expression of God. The Biblical desert trek under the authority of Moses was such an example when God utilized the forlorn desert to make new outskirts in administration. By working through the hands of worker pioneers, another vision is made to bypass, conquer or swim through the difficulties required in building up a profound oversight and even in building new groups in the congregation. 1 ii. Significance of Leadership Development Strategies for Training Leaders in the Local Church. Preparing pioneers in the congregation is a progressing procedure that is impossible heedlessly. It requires an authority advancement methodology that helps in recognizing, enlisting and preparing potential lay pioneers in any congregation. The wellbeing, the development and the accomplishment of any congregation or its nearby offices is exclusively reliant on the accessibility of compelling and proficient church administration program that motivates the assemblage to profound; development yet in addition finds and manufactures the intrinsic possibilities of authority and administration in others. Consistency in preparing of lay pioneers may well decide the degree of development and profound prosperity of whole houses of worship. Humanistic ways of thinking saturate from our way of life and these thus influence the systems we use in creating initiative in temples. These humanistic ways of thinking spread a longing that we ought to be whoever we need to be. Conversely, God abhors such endeavors and rather calls upon mankind to be as his lone generated Son Christ might have been. This implies great administration isn't an aftereffect of an individual aspiration however a Godly want that must be accomplished when pioneers are prepared to go about as our Creator educated us to act. That is the reason acceptable pioneers must be shepherds yet not guardian angels; they must be pioneers however not masters and advisers for the assembly yet not lords of the individuals of God. 1 In the book of Acts of the Apostles section 6, the way toward picking the seven men was done determinedly and the picked men were trustworthy men loaded up with the soul. It is significant in this way that the procedure follow the scriptural model. Something else, when administration techniques in the congregation go amiss from the Gods orders and directions on great authority and rather center around enhancing human endeavors alone, profound pioneers accomplish places of common force however not the finesse of God. Systems for administration should just train pioneers to do their otherworldly commitments as an impression of what Christ needed. Today is confirmation rules for chapel initiative are being drawn from mainstream stages without a concise audit of the Christian definitive content for standard conventions for hireling authority. In view of this explanation church pioneers are being expelled from a common established office and reused in different limits that are just brief in nature while in a perfect world profound pioneers are lifetime students who are committed by the sacred writings to offer lifetime direction to the group. It is just by the beauty of the Lord that pioneers can have the option to learn and subsequently go about as pioneers with an otherworldly air that is made uniquely by the Holy Spirit. In this step, profound pioneers ought to be certain about God yet not display self-assurance, they ought realize men as well as know God. In settling on choices they should look for Gods will and not exclusively depend on their own human ability in deciding. In Spiritual authority by J. Oswald Sanders, otherworldly pioneers ought to have the option to humble in administration and not be excessively aspiring, they ought to never look for individual rewards however they should adore God and other with every one of their forces. One who appreciates order, treasures autonomous initiative and makes his own techniques for administration must be supposed to be driven by physical desire. Then again, Godly pioneers have a great time their dutifulness to God and adhere to His directions while evading the desires of the tissue. They don't love freedom in authority however will in general depend in God and follow His models.

English negotiator James Cross and Quebec Labor Minister Pierre Laporte were captured by the Front de Libã ©ration du Quã ©bec (FLQ) fear monger association. Money and Success, Who Wins Essay example - 964 Words
nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;Great Expectations is the story of a young boy. He is quite poor, but as the tale moves on, he falls in love with a rich and spoiled girl. Despite her cruel ways, he devotes the rest of his life to winning her over. He aspires to become a gentleman with the aid of bundles of money that he inherits and sees this as the only way out of the common life he is leading. The boy connects success and happiness solely with money and possessions. Unfortunately, the association leads to the downfall of his character. This is the path taken by too many individuals in todays society. Although they make a correlation between money and success, this connection is substantially unjustified. Success is defined as the achievement of something desired, planned, or attempted. If someone only desires material possessions, then, if achieved, they have reached success. This kind of success alone will not produce happiness in the lives of these people. The majority of individuals in our world aim for success through happiness, health, and prosperity. Aspirations to a money-related success are not likely to produce these valued possessions. Only in the world of television, advertisements, and movies, is that kind of life possible. The media is a prominent cause of people believing that money is the key to success. Fairy tale-type stories often present people as suddenly becoming happy and successful as the result of coming into a lot of money, perhaps by luck. One example of this is in advertisements. Their main catch is to show people who are using, or have used, their products. Practices A Possible Benefit - 2174 Words
Interleaved Practices: A Possible Benefit to the Learning Process Forrest E. Crain University of Idaho Abstract This paper provides a brief summary on the studies of interleaving practices and their implementations. In this paper interleaving practices are compared and contrasted with blocked practices. Blocked practice is when a learner performs a single practice task over and over again in the learning process, with repetition being the key. Interleaved practice, or varied practice, is when the learner works on random practice tasks varied over time. The random tasks are interleaved with each other as the learning session unfolds, forcing the learner to be alert and attentive to the changing nature of the tasks. Earlier research focused on interleaving practices effects on motor skills. This research showed that learning was greater with the implementation of interleaved practices as opposed to block practices. Current research involving interleaving practices in cognitive function, though limited, have shown some promising results in increasing the effectiveness of learning. This p aper examines some popular studies on interleaving practices. Though effective in certain contexts, interleaving has not also been consistent in improving the learning process. This may occur because of inconsistencies in methods and materials, and other confounding factors. Overall, interleaving practices show much promise, and need to be further studied so they can beShow MoreRelatedProgram Assessment Tools : Standards Of Excellence Self Assessment Tool Essay941 Words à |à 4 Pagesdevelopment and improvement efforts (ââ¬Å"United Wayâ⬠, n.d.). The Public Perception Of Children With Mental Illness
Introduction We have a tendency of shadowing out individuals who have been diagnosed with a mental illness. Despite our human nature of caring, we place those individuals in prisons or understaffed psychiatric facilities, leaving them to be the burden of others. People with mental illness may not be able to hold employment and may not have that family support. This public perception (stigma) ââ¬Å"limits opportunities for individuals with mental illnesses and often prevents them from seeking appropriate helpâ⬠. Different Views On Economic Issues - 1203 Words
There are three different groups of economists that have many different views on economic issues. The first type of economics is Supply-Side Economics, and according to Library of economics and liberty it is a term that that is used to describe the fact that supply underlies consumption and living standards. The second type of economics is Demand-Side Economics, and according to Investopedia Demand-Side Economics is based on a belief that the main force affecting overall economic activity and causing short term fluctuations is consumer demand for goods and services. Lowering taxes is one of the main bases and ideas for the supply side economics. By having the lowering of taxes it will provide an in centive to earn more by allowing people to keep more of their well-earned money. Also, another huge advantage of the supply-side economics is that it urges the claim that high marginal tax rates encourage individuals to shelter their money from taxes. Also, if they were to cut tax rates investors will be able to take some extra out and invest it into other things that will allow them to make even more money. Although, there are many advantages to having Supply-Side economics there are also many weaknesses that the policy possesses. The first weakness is the reduction of unemployment benefits, if the economists were to cut the tax rate then it would make it harder for those who are unable to work to get their unemployment checks and will force them to try and find work. Cutting taxes would make life easier for those have more, and harder for those who have less. The Supply-Side Economy is mostly a huge advantage for the rich and a huge disadvantage for the poor, because they are not able to receive lots from unemployment due to the government not receiving lots of money in taxes. Demand-Side Economics is a belief that the consumers demand for goods and services is the force that affects most economic actions and is the reasons for short-term
Causes Of Pollution Essay Example For Students
Causes Of Pollution Essay Pollution is the introduction of harmful substances or products into the environment. It is a major problem in America and as well as the world. Pollution not only damages the environment, but damages us also. It has cause many problems ranging from lung cancer to the greenhouse effect. It is all among us and but we continue to live in our own filth. What is the reason behind this flawed logic? In this paper I will examine the problems and solutions for this issue. Automobiles are undeniable the greatest source of pollution. The noise pollution created by cars is immense. Another polluting effect of cars is the heat it creates. This heat makes it unpleasant to be near the car while its running. And of course the most famous of the automobiles evils is the exhaust. The toxic fumes given off as a byproduct of the combustion engine are slowly deteriorating our lungs and our atmosphere. The exhaust is extremely toxic to human beings. But why do we do continue to drive these walking time bombs. Some people will say it is progress, but the majority drives it for the convenience. Why walk four miles in four hours when you can drive the same miles in four minutes?Another popular source of waste is the post-consumer market. American citizens throw away millions of tons of garbage each year, and this trash has to go somewhere. While there are projects underway to clean and reuse this refuse most of it gets dumped into huge landfills. These landfills are disgusting festering blisters on our countrys landscape. But people continue to consume and throw away more and more in the name of convenience. As they see it, when things get old, throw it away and get a new one. They blame the government for the trash problem, but the truth blame should be placed on themselves. The last great source of pollution lays in the businesses. Although not common, businesses have been known to dump their waste products into streams, lakes, and rivers. This may seem like a relatively small occurrence that really is not your concern, but youre wrong. Each time one of these companies pollutes there are horrible consequences to pay. Mutations, destroyed ecosystems, and human death have all occurred as a direct result of illegal dumping. It contaminates our drinking water and soil. It causes entire communities of humans (not to mention animals) to move on to new places not to return for at least a century. The pollutants dumped by industry are so concentrated that a single barrel can destroy an entire lakes ecosystem. Not only do companies dump chemicals, but also hot water. This hot water kills most life it comes into contact with, but also causes an overgrowth of algae that covers the surface of the lake, or pond, and blocks the light from reaching the bottom. This me ans the plant life cannot grow, which mean the small bacteria and other microorganisms cant grow which means fish cant feed which means the ecosystem dies. Pollution like any other problem can be solved, but this is a long process. Individuals can do their part to save the environment as well as themselves. Instead of driving, carpool, take the bus or any other method of mass transit. This will cut down on pollution made by cars each year, not to mention your gas bill. When it comes to the trash problem, take the time to sort your trash and place it in the appropriate recycling bins. By recycling we reduce the amount of waste piled onto the landfills. As for consumption, pay attention to how the products you buy are manufactured and how they are packaged. Avoid those products made in unfriendly ways towards our mother earth. If a product encourages the destruction of land, or is of completely no use dont buy it. And finally voice your opinion in the polls. If each individual did their part, we will be creating a better world for ourselves as well as our children. .u2248253b209ae49d36e4f7c27c653599 , .u2248253b209ae49d36e4f7c27c653599 .postImageUrl , .u2248253b209ae49d36e4f7c27c653599 .centered-text-area { min-height: 80px; position: relative; } .u2248253b209ae49d36e4f7c27c653599 , .u2248253b209ae49d36e4f7c27c653599:hover , .u2248253b209ae49d36e4f7c27c653599:visited , .u2248253b209ae49d36e4f7c27c653599:active { border:0!important; } .u2248253b209ae49d36e4f7c27c653599 .clearfix:after { content: ""; display: table; clear: both; } .u2248253b209ae49d36e4f7c27c653599 { display: block; transition: background-color 250ms; webkit-transition: background-color 250ms; width: 100%; opacity: 1; transition: opacity 250ms; webkit-transition: opacity 250ms; background-color: #95A5A6; } .u2248253b209ae49d36e4f7c27c653599:active , .u2248253b209ae49d36e4f7c27c653599:hover { opacity: 1; transition: opacity 250ms; webkit-transition: opacity 250ms; background-color: #2C3E50; } .u2248253b209ae49d36e4f7c27c653599 .centered-text-area { width: 100%; position: relative ; } .u2248253b209ae49d36e4f7c27c653599 .ctaText { border-bottom: 0 solid #fff; color: #2980B9; font-size: 16px; font-weight: bold; margin: 0; padding: 0; text-decoration: underline; } .u2248253b209ae49d36e4f7c27c653599 .postTitle { color: #FFFFFF; font-size: 16px; font-weight: 600; margin: 0; padding: 0; width: 100%; } .u2248253b209ae49d36e4f7c27c653599 .ctaButton { background-color: #7F8C8D!important; color: #2980B9; border: none; border-radius: 3px; box-shadow: none; font-size: 14px; font-weight: bold; line-height: 26px; moz-border-radius: 3px; text-align: center; text-decoration: none; text-shadow: none; width: 80px; min-height: 80px; background: url(https://artscolumbia.org/wp-content/plugins/intelly-related-posts/assets/images/simple-arrow.png)no-repeat; position: absolute; right: 0; top: 0; } .u2248253b209ae49d36e4f7c27c653599:hover .ctaButton { background-color: #34495E!important; } .u2248253b209ae49d36e4f7c27c653599 .centered-text { display: table; height: 80px; padding-left : 18px; top: 0; } .u2248253b209ae49d36e4f7c27c653599 .u2248253b209ae49d36e4f7c27c653599-content { display: table-cell; margin: 0; padding: 0; padding-right: 108px; position: relative; vertical-align: middle; width: 100%; } .u2248253b209ae49d36e4f7c27c653599:after { content: ""; display: block; clear: both; } READ: My Last Duchess Analysis EssayBibliography:

Data Security Technology Internet Of Things-Myassignmenthelp.Com
Question: Discuss About The Data Security Technology Internet Of Things? Answer: Introduction With the number of internet users is increasing rapidly today, the Internet has become an essential tool for communication across the globe. Various technological advancements are designed and developed so as to enhance the quality of communication. Internet of Things (IoT) is one such technical advancement where various devices are able to communicate with each other via the internet medium with the purpose of controlling and management. Anywhere, anytime communication applications for different domains is now possible via the Internet of Things. The IoT is a new technology and the traditional communication stack and standards cannot be applied directly to IoT applications. Thus, many IoT based applications pose serious security threats. It is thus needed to have a flexible security framework for IoT applications. This paper reviews the current state of IoT, examines security threats of IoT, and proposes a solution as a countermeasure to this security threat. Literature review Internet of Things emerged as a solution to create a smart city wherein the public resources are used in an optimized manner; quality services are provided to the users; and to have a decreased operational cost of these services. Thus, the main goal of Internet of Things is to create a technological based environment for humans so that they can communicate at anytime from anywhere and are supported with devices which can provide services as per the human nends. Internet of Things is thus a sort of global network which connects various devices and smart objects using the internet technology for communication, control, and management purposes. There are various definitions of Internet of Things. According to the Center for Data and Innovation, the Internet of Things is a platform for objects and smart devices to communicate via the internet with the world around them [3]. It is also defined as the things which have identities and virtual personality, and are capable of communication within the social, environmental, and user context via the internet and intelligent interfaces [4]. Internet of Things has emerged as one of the promising technologies of future due to its wide domain-based applications. According to the research, it is predicted that Internet of Things shall take nearly 5 to 10 years for market adoption and due to its wide domain applications, it shall be the most popular technology to be used by 2020 [7]. It provides applications for personal and home purposes like a washing machine, air conditioner controller, energy management solutions etc,. [8]. It provides enterprise solutions for health care services, emergency management services, water management services, and Mobile services like smart management for transportation and logistics systems. Internet of Things is used using the machine to machine communication for various applications like transportation management, logistics management in large warehouses using RFID, and Wireless Sensor Networks. These applications have proven to be utilizing technology resources in an optimal manner and pr ovide decreased cost solutions for monitoring and control [5]. Many healthcare institutions and emergency services are widely adopting this technology as these smart devices are capable to communicate within the small environment very easily and in a user-friendly manner. These devices are providing a fast communicating experience at cheaper costs. Thus, many health institutions have adopted these technologies for the patient monitoring system, for quick response emergency team communication, vital health status monitoring system, etc. [4]. Architecture Internet of Things is a combination of four major layers which perform a specific task. These layers are as follows: Perception layer: This layer is used to collect the input data with the help of sensors. It also helps in identifying the associated objects of the environment [1]. Network Layer: This layer is used to transfer the gathered information from the perception layer to other information processing applications or devices via communication networks like the Internet [12]. MiddleWare layer: In this layer actions are performed based on the processing outputs of the provided input data and the instructions stored in the databases. Thus, in this layer, an information processing system linked with databases is used to perform the desired action from the device [12]. Application Layer: This layer identifies various applications based on needs of users and industry standards [12]. The basic elements that make the Internet of Things possible are Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) which is used to identify the object and provide sensors for gathering input data via object identification, Wireless Sensor Networks (WSN) are used for creating a sensor network for remote sensing applications; Addressing Schemes are used to represent the uniquely identified objects in the databases; Data Storage and analytics provide capability for storing, and sharing data for monitoring and processing purposes; and Visualization element allows interaction of the user with the environment [10]. Security Issues The major security goal of Internet of Things applications is to ensure that the data is confidential, authentic, and available for communication. Thus, security triad CIA model is employed for providing information security in these applications. The IoT devices are generally wireless based objects and can be located in public places for applications ranging from personal control and monitoring to public utilities control and management. Thus, these applications are prone to security threats. Some of the major security threats in Internet of Things are as follows: Authentication issues: IoT makes use of technologies like RFID, WSN, etc. Due to open wireless signals, it is easy for an attacker to search for a particular ongoing communication, intercept it, monitor it and jam the communication signals [7]. Thus, with weak authentication, the attacker can perform attacks like denial of service attacks, replace the objects, and the data on tags of the RFID easily and create confusion [1]. Once the attacker is able to make a false authentication it is possible for attackers to change the data, duplicate the data, and thus have an effect on integrity and confidentiality of the data [2]. Privacy threats: The IoT based applications have with the large databases containing vital information like patient records and customer records for control and monitoring. The privacy of the data can be attacked using various kinds of attacks like virus-based attacks[5], Trojan Horses, phishing attacks, sniffing attacks, etc. [6]. Spam-based emails and messages can be delivered to the end devices for gaining credentials and then the data can be compromised using the phishing attacks [8]. Sleep Deprivation Attack: In this attack, the sensor nodes of the Wireless sensor networks are not allowed to sleep as per their sleep routines. This impacts their battery consumption and can stop the nodes to work after the discharge of the batteries. This attack can take place by breaching the trust of the communication channel and the network [9]. Countermeasures In order to ensure the Data privacy, it is essential to provide secure authentication mechanism, secure access control mechanism, and secure data confidentiality mechanism. The security measure for authentication based threats is a layered approach where different authentication controls are provided at different levels of the IoT structure. At the perception layer level for authentication, various cryptographic Hash algorithms can be used which can provide digital signatures for identification of the users [11]. These digital signatures can even provide private communication and thus can counter attacks like brute force attacks, collision attacks, etc. For authentication control at the network layer level, a point to point authentication mechanism can be used. This shall prevent the illegal access to the sensor nodes to spread fake information. For Middle layer level and at the application layer level, it is suggested to make use of cooperating services where any user can choose the associated information to be shared with the services. Thus, using a layered authentication mechanism, a strong authentication security can be provided to the IoT applications. Conclusion Internet of Things is a platform for objects and smart devices to communicate via the internet with the world around them. Internet of Things has emerged as one of the promising technologies of future due to its wide domain-based applications. Due to the Internet of Things various public resources are used in an optimized manner, quality services are provided to the users and to have a decreased operational cost of these services. As IoT provides connectivity between various things and makes use of wireless communication medium it is prone to various kinds of security threats that affect the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of the data. A layered authentication approach is suggested in this work as a countermeasure to the authentication threats in the Internet of Things applications. In the future, more validation, risk evaluation, and instruction detection methods are needed for securing these kinds of applications. References Singh, G. Tripathi, A.J. What Are the Pieces of a College Essay?
What Are the Pieces of a College Essay? To answer the question, 'What are the pieces of a college essay?' it is important to know about the different types of essay. You can find helpful tips on writing essays at your local library. Most college students tend to write shorter essays, but you may need to write longer essays if you have a more in-depth topic.First, you need to define your topic. Some students are good at this and they are able to come up with an interesting topic for their college essay. They will also be able to show that they are well versed in the subject. In other words, they are able to do the necessary research, write a great introduction, and then they can show how well they can write a strong argument. But for some students, the hardest part of writing their college essay will be the theme.Themes are a way to establish an author and audience. While it is possible to write a college essay without any themes, many students like to do so because it allows them to p resent themselves. It also gives them a way to relate their own personality to the essay topic. However, even though they are able to do this, they should not try to use too many themes in order to make the essay look more appealing. Some of the most common themes are personality, purpose, and education. These are the types of themes that can be used with very little effort. While it is important to stick to these general themes, it is also important to choose one topic and use it throughout the essay. A specific theme will not allow you to utilize several themes in your college essay, which means that you will need to select a topic that is very powerful, yet also very specific. One theme that many college essays feature is the importance of having a clear goal. If the student wants to graduate from college and has clearly defined goals and plans, they will be able to write a much stronger essay. However, they should avoid using the word 'goals' in the same sentence as a 'purpose' be cause it will sound very out of place. Students are able to use vague and confusing goals as long as they clearly state the steps that they need to take to reach their goals. Some of the most difficult pieces of a college essays are the introduction and conclusion. These two sections will be where you will need to present yourself as a writer. For the intro, you will need to use the name of your college, the name of your major, and your school's name. The name of your major is not important, but when you are writing about your college, you will need to use it.You will also need to include a personal connection with the topic in the last paragraphs of your essay. This will require some creative thinking because you need to try to think about something about your college that made you want to attend. If you chose an academic subject, you may need to include a book or story that would inspire you during your first semester. If you chose a non-academic subject, you may need to write abou t a special memory that happened while you were in college. To finish your essay, you will need to use a sentence that sets the tone for the rest of the essay. The same basic format applies, so you will want to start by stating who you are, where you are from, and what your major is. Then you will continue with what your college was like for you, how you met your roommate, what school activities you participated in, and other details about your college experience.

Airline Analysis Essays - American Brands, OpenTravel Alliance
Airline Analysis Essays - American Brands, OpenTravel Alliance Airline Analysis Statement of Problem: SlugAir, a small regional airline, aspires to become a much larger airline. They pride themselves on being an efficient, single-class, on-time and reliable airline. This airline appeals to those who want reliable, get me where I wanna go service whether the passengers be the everyday traveler or a cost-conscious business traveler. Currently, SlugAir serves small locations throughout California and the Western US. SlugAir serves these locations by feeding hubs for the national carriers and servicing routes that avoid the major hubs. This strategy has allowed SlugAir to become a very profitable small no frills airline. Most airlines are organized in what is called hubs and spokes. The hubs are two major cities that all of the airline's flights fly out of to smaller cities called the spokes. In between the hubs is what is considered the airlines main route as the flights in between the hubs are the companies most profitable. Flights to the spokes make the airline extra money and people on these flights usually have a lay over at the hub and then go onto the smaller city or may even switch planes to get to their final destination. Thus, the airline feeds its own route by flying to their hubs ( main money making cities) on the way to also getting those that want to get to smaller cities to their destinations. In order for SlugAir to become bigger and more profitable it must open a route between two major cities in the west. For efficiency, these cities need to be ones that it currently services in order to allow them to feed their own route. The competitors that we are considering are 1) United 2) Alaska 3) Delta and 4) Southwest. In order to find the best possible route to open we will evaluate each of these airlines and the routes in which we want to compete. We will look at each airline in terms of their size, power and efficiency in the routes we are considering. We will look at the flights offered, their times and frequency. We will also look at the possibility of SlugAir competing with each of the competitors and how each might react should SlugAir enter their market. Lastly, we will evaluate ways to improve SlugAir as an airline. We will look at ways to make the company more appealing, more widely known and more successful. United Airlines Corporation (UAL Corp.) United Airlines is the largest domestic air carrier in the world. With hubs in Chicago, Los Angeles, Denver, San Francisco, and Washington D.C., and key international gateways in Tokyo, London, Frankfurt, Miami and Toronto. United flies to 134 destinations in 27 countries, with a fleet of 577 aircrafts. United's 101,000-plus employees worldwide bring people together safely, conveniently and efficiently almost 2,300 times a day. United's mission statement is: To be recognized worldwide as the airline of choice. In 1994, United launched Shuttle By United, which competes successfully against the new wave of low-cost, no-frills carriers. In 1997, United formed The Star Alliance global partnership with four International carriers to provide customers with access to more than 815 destinations around the world. In May 1997, United discontinued its Friendly skies slogan introduced in 1965, and launched a new ad campaign called Rising, which focuses on the company's new Customer Satisfaction Philosophy (CSP), which will become the basis for all their actions in the future. There is only one direct route to and from Seattle to San Francisco, which is provided by Shuttle By United and not by United Airlines itself. Shuttle By United provides approximately 10 daily flights from Seattle to San Francisco for as low as 166.50 USD (based on round trip); and 10 daily flights from San Francisco to Seattle for as low as 133.00 USD (based on round-trip and 7-day advance-purchase). These flights operate only between the hours of 6:00 AM and 6:00PM-10:30PM, depending on the day. And according to their online reservation system, they do not offer one way trips, only round-trips (this may be different, if calling the airline directly or booking flights by other means). It would be virtually impossible for SlugAir to compete with United, because United is such a huge, world-renowned corporation. United

What Are College App Servies Essay and How Do They Work?
What Are College App Servies Essay and How Do They Work?College App Servies is one of the most effective ways to get a college education for a fraction of the cost of a traditional college. However, they have been around for a while and for that reason, they have been used by many people and universities across the world. Most of the things people need to know about college app servies essay, college app servies resources or a college-app software program. Some colleges make use of them on a small scale while others use them in large scale programs, some use them to create grades, some uses them as an online research tool while still others use them to give feedback. So basically, college app servies essay is an extremely flexible and useful resource, which has numerous uses in every conceivable way. For example, the college can use it to create grades, assign papers and generate a research report. The professor and the student can both edit the reports and put them into use for their own advantage. The college app, especially a college app service provider can be really valuable when it comes to a student. It could be used to offer lectures or tutorials or even to communicate with students from different colleges to come up with a learning experience that will fit everyone. The software can be used by colleges to collect data about the specific student. The colleges have to pay a nominal fee to the app service provider so they can install it on their own computer systems. The colleges then monitor the results and use the information they gather to keep track of what is going on with the student and provide any feedback or help that is needed.A college app is also used to give feedback to the student. They do this by reviewing the student's work and awarding him or her based on his or her performance. This, of course, can save the college a lot of money since they don't have to spend money paying instructors, staff and administrators to evaluate the student's work . By using the app, the college gets an excellent idea of the student's capability and personality, his or her skills and interests and also find out what the student will be doing in the future. But why should a college app need an essay? In fact, the college app has become so popular that other institutions are now including it in their own packages, thus increasing the scope of use.

Plot Twist Essays
Plot Twist Essays Plot Twist Essay Plot Twist Essay Essay Topic: Fight Club Novel A plot twist is a change in the expected direction or outcome of the plot of a film, television series, video game, novel, comic or other fictional work. It is a common practice in narration used to keep the interest of an audience, usually surprising them with a revelation. Some twists are foreshadowed and can thus be predicted by many viewers/readers, whereas others are a complete shock. When a plot twist happens near the end of a story, especially if it changes ones view of the preceding events, it is known as a twist ending. Revealing the existence of a plot twist often spoils a movie, since the majority of the movie generally builds up to the plot twist. A device used to undermine the expectations of the audience is the false protagonist. It involves presenting a character at the start of the film as the main character, but then disposing of this character, usually killing them. It is a red herring. Example of a plot twist An early example of the murder mystery genre[1] with multiple twists[2] was the Arabian Nights tale The Three Apples. It begins with a fisherman discovering a locked chest. The first twist occurs when the chest is broken open and the dead body is found inside. The initial search for the murderer fails, and a twist occurs when two men appear, separately claiming to be the murderer. A complex chain of events finally reveal the murderer to be the investigators own slave. A flashing arrow is a metaphorical audiovisual cue used in films to bring some object or situation that will be referred later, or otherwise used in the advancement of plot, to the attention of the viewers. The device is not introduced into the plot or the dialogue, but is something peripheral; however made obvious (hence the name) by a particular camera shot or background music. An example of this device is a camera close-up in a horror movie that suggests information like danger from an unlocked door. A literal flashing arrow was used in the 1981 film Student Bodies to mock this cliched use. [1] The use of flashing arrows and that particular joke were both mentioned in Everything Bad is Good for You, where the authors says works that have little use of this and require figuring things out yourself have a more deductive viewer base. Another example of a literal flashing arrow can be seen in the Ouran High School Host Club. This device is used several times throughout the anime- for instance in the first episode, a flashing arrow and high-pitched beeping oise indicate a vase that a character breaks later on in that scene. Red herring is an idiomatic expression referring to the rhetorical or literary tactic of diverting attention away from an item of significance. [1] For example, in mystery fiction, where the identity of a criminal is being sought, an innocent party may be purposefully cast in a guilty light by the author through the employment of deceptive clues, false emphasis, lo aded words or other descriptive tricks of the trade. The readers suspicions are thus misdirected, allowing the true culprit to go (temporarily at least) undetected. A false protagonist is another example of a red herring. In theà comic bookà fan community, the apparent death and subsequent return of a long-running character is often called aà comic book death. While death is a serious subject, a comic book death is generally not taken seriously and is rarely permanent or meaningful. At least three comic book deaths are well known. The first two are the 1980 death ofà Jean Greyà in Marvelsà Dark Phoenix Sagaà and that ofSupermanà inà DCs highly-publicized 1993à Death of Supermanà storyline. There is one major distinction between the two, however whereas it was never intended that Supermans death be permanent, and that he would return to life at the conclusion of the story,[3]à Jeans passing (one of many temporary deaths among theà X-Men) was written as the true and permanent death of the character,[citation needed]à only to beretconnedà a few years later to facilitate her return. In more recent history, the death ofà Captain Americaà made real-world headlines in early 2007[4]à when he met his apparent end, but Steve Rogers returned inà Captain America: Rebornà in late 2009. Usually more subtle, foreshadowing works on the symbolic level. For example, if a character must break up a schoolyard fight among some boys, it might symbolically foreshadow the family squabbles that will become the central conflict of the story. Other times, it is seemingly inconsequential, with the goal of having the audience be surprised by the storys climax and yet find it justified. If a character learns that a certain man was a regular at the diner where her mother worked many years before, it helps to justify the events later in which she learns that the man is her biological father. If foreshadowing is not done carefully, the common experiences of life can make the foreshadowing too obvious and allow the audience to predict the outcome of the story. Example: a character behaves in an odd and erratic fashion and complains continuously of aà headache, then later is diagnosed with a brain tumor. Foreshadowing can also be used dishonestly in a mystery, where a series of events which points to a conclusion is later found to be composed of unlikely coincidences which have been dishonestly added to the story by the author in an artificial way, with the sole purpose of drawing the audience into an incorrect expectation. In such cases, the audience feels manipulated, and the story may be less satisfying.
